What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it, no reason needed. Just email us and we'll take it from there. We refund the full amount, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the item back. Return postage is at your own cost.
Are any purchases final sale?
For hygiene reasons, sealed products cannot be returned once opened. Unopened items can be returned within 14 days.
When will I get my order?
Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days within mainland Portugal. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.
Where are your products made?
Everything is formulated and produced in Portugal, in small batches. The cacao comes from São Tomé.
How much is shipping?
€4,99 for orders until €35. Free shipping on all orders from €35 — which includes The Cacao Duo.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are fragranced and contain naturally occurring allergens, listed in full on each product page. If you have sensitive skin, check the ingredient list first, or patch test on your inner arm before use.
